In an effort to develop the best settings for your bike, we do a large amount of testing. This testing cannot be done locked away inside a workshop all day or riding on a smooth bitumen road in an industrial estate. Because of this, we are not always in the workshop, some days we are out at the track or in the bush testing new bikes and innovative ideas. Sometimes we are out working with a rider to fine tune a setting. To prevent disappointment of arriving to a locked workshop, we ask that you ring first to make sure we’re here to meet you, to discuss your suspension requirements and take delivery of your suspension.
Couriering It only takes one short phone call to arrange for a courier to pick up your suspension from your door, either at home or work, and deliver to our workshop. All you have to do is package it up safely following the guidelines below and ring Couriers Please on 1300PLEASE. We will pay courier costs both ways and simply add it to your invoice. This means you only need to make one payment instead of three. A tracking number will be issued to allow you to monitor the location of your parcel. Insurance can be added at the time of booking.
How to package suspension for shipping
Forks
Shock
If you are sending forks and shock, tape the shock box to the forks box, this will save on postage/freight costs. When posting or freighting, remember to insure your suspension for its worth, this can be up to $5000 for a pair of forks and $3000 for a shock absorber.
