Race Tech springs
Race Tech springs are of the highest quality. They have a high stiffness-to-mass ratio, in other words, they are lightweight for their particular spring rate. This requires the finest materials and processing. All springs are made from the highest quality silicone wire and are shot-peened, heat-treated and individually tested to ensure extremely close rate tolerances.

WP Progressive Shock Spring
The PDS rear ends on the KTM and Husaberg's lack progression. The addition of a progressive spring will give more bottoming resistance while maintaining a plush initial ride. We stock three different brands of progressive springs to better match the correct spring for your weight. When combined with our revalve and telescopic needle, we can completely transform the dreaded PDS.

Race Tech Gold Valves
There are many different types of gold valves and it is important to select the right one for your suspension and the application. The gold valve provides many more tuning options resulting in suspension that can be tuned plusher on the small hits while having better bottoming resistance on the big hits.

Race Tech Fork Emulators
Damping rod forks are notorious for being too harsh, too mushy and too easy to bottom. Gold Valve Cartridge Emulators remedy this problem by controlling the damping with a tuneable valve that sits on top of the damping rod. They will make your damper rod forks feel like cartridge forks.

Rebound Separation Valve
Rebound Separator Valves replace the shock shaft nut with an asymmetric valve that controls oil flow through the rebound adjuster. This means low-speed rebound damping can be set for excellent traction without the compression being too mushy. With the right valving, a RSV will allow the shock to be plusher over tree roots, rocks, braking and acceleration bumps, while holding up in the stroke when going through G-outs or landing from jumps.

Telescopic Needle
The telescopic needle replaces the short stock compression-metering needle in PDS equipped KTM's and Husabergs. This innovative design is gradually tapered and collapsible making it more progressive and consistent. It will smooth out the damping spike in your PDS and transform it into a stable, predictable shock.

WP Bladder Conversion

This bladder conversion kit replaces the standard separator piston in KTM and Husaberg shocks. Installing this bladder kit reduces friction within the shock, which keeps the shock cooler. A cooler shock will resist fading when pushed hard and prevents the break down of the shock oil.  An added benefit is an increase in plushness on square edge bumps. A must of the Finke Desert Race.

Low Friction Piston Band

This Teflon coated piston band replaces the stock PTFE band to reduce friction. The reduced friction makes the shock feel smoother and plusher while improving traction and lowering operating temperatures. Available for WP, KYB, Showa and Sachs shocks.

Scotts Steering Damper
The Scotts damper is the most adjustable on the market, with separate low and high speed damping and adjustable sweep angle. It is easy to fit and is available in over bar to maintain your current handlebar height or in a submount lifting your handlebars approximately 25mm. Now available in rubber submount to reduce vibration through the handlebars and help reduce rider fatigue.

Ohlins suspension
